9 weeks postpartum
I'm a little confused. I have been having hip pain since before ovulation(about a week before). A long with random ovarian pain(intermittently) particularly on one side and uterine pain/pressure(a few times). I had spotting a couple days (with menstrual cramps) before I ovulated(charting, temperature and opk confirmed). Does this sound like a ovarian cyst?
Also, my first period seems really light, a little more then spotting, but definitely not normal period flow...going on day 3 and it's still extremely light. I haven't had menstural cramps this week either. Is that normal? It's so different to what it was before.
I am 9 weeks postpartum. I have PCOS, hypothyroidism, and low progesterone.
