What is your go too period pain relief. I have tried heat and that makes it worse. Medicine isn't working anymore.
Midol makes me dizzy
Menstridol is like popping tic tacs
Advil does not even touch it
Do you think birth control could help. That is what my sister had to do and she is fine now!
