I don't wanna be the Debbie downer of this post your baby is super adorable but the chest clip needs to be on her chest or in the event of an accident her internal organs could be damaged and she could bleed internally... again not trying to be mean I would just hope someone would tell me so I'm telling you

Like straight down? Your car seat might need a steeper angle if that's the case. If it's to the side, you can use rolled up receiving blankets to support her.

thank you. is it normal for thier heads to flop down then? i try to lift it up but no matter what i do she leans down.

And after market products shouldn't be used in the car seat. :) Not trying to be mean either! Just hoping to help keep a little one safer.

They also have a car seat safety group on Facebook and you can take your car seat to the fire department and they will make sure it is installed properly
