I'm 16 days late and went to the doctor today and she said that my periods are just irregular and I'm not pregnant. I got off birthcontrol in December and didn't get a period until June. And then have had regular periods for two months. Now the doctor wants to put me back on birthcontrol to "regulate" my periods but I am TTC so I was looking into Vitex but not sure if I works or how it works. How do I use vitex and does vitex act as a contraceptive?
