Is this a normal blood pressure/pulse? I'm 34wks and I feel horrible. I'm having contractions off and on and my head is killing me.

You can have preeclampsia if you're blood pressure varies from your normal, it doesn't matter what is considered normal. It's rather odd but it's a case by case basis. If you are ever in doubt, call your OB. They expect calls from you all the time, take advantage of them being able to answer your questions.

Call your doctor.  Your bottom number is too high (my doctor's threshold for calling the practice's emergency number is a top number >140 or a bottom number >90. Paired with a headache & not feeling well, you should definitely call just to be safe.

As a nurse we tend to look more at the systolic number (top number) more. But that's with adults your blood pressure looks fine to be could just be anxiety that has put your diastolic up (bottom number) and your pulse is fine as your pregnant our heart rates tend to be high because of having to push blood around to baby. If your worried go and see your dr. My last blood pressure was 124/88 and my dr said nothing.

Nope, diastolic is too high, mixed with headache a Dr would definitely want you to be seen. Any changes in vision or new swelling? ( this is what they ask me every time lol)

I'd call your ob and see if they want you to come in to be monitored for a while. My doc told me to go to the hospital if BP went over 140/90 but I know they worry about the bottom number more than the top. Lay on your left side for a while and see if it helps it go down? Unfortunately it's easy to make it rise if you start thinking about it and worrying. I did the other day when I say my reading was 134/95. I tried to wait it out but made it worse and by the time they hooked me up at the er (at 2am) I was to tired and the adrenaline and fear were gone and my BP and non stress test were normal. Keep an eye on it but I'd still call your ob for instruction especially if you aren't feeling well. I have a family history of pre-eclampsia so we had already talked about it.
