pregnant?

So I have been on the implant for several months now. But I had some spotting yesterday but haven't bled since. Could I be pregnant?

Hey! 
I've had the implant twice! 
The first time I was 185lbs & when I got it implanted I had my period once, & then never had it again until I had it removed because I had it for the full 3 years. I gained weight now weighing 255lbs, I asked my doctor about my period stopping and she said, " as long as you aren't trying to have a baby it's not an issue. Your eggs will return when we remove it". I got it removed, and within one week my periods was there. 
I did some serious lifestyle changes and lost 115lbs, and when my boyfriend and I decided we were ready to be physical I got the same implant, because I loved it! Well now I'm 147lbs, married💍, & implanted I have REGULAR stable periods, & some spotting. It's normal to have irregular periods though with he implant. Take a test for your reassurance.
