Have you started nesting yet?

I am 19 weeks and have already started "nesting". I have spent the last three days cleaning all the carpets, washing walls, organizing cabinets, washing baby clothes, etc. is anyone else doing this?? It's a old wives tale that it means labor is coming soon. It freaks me or beacause with my son I was in bed rest at 24 weeks with preterm labor until I delivered at 34.. I :(

I honestly have been so unmotivated to do anything and would rather sleep then all of a sudden a couple days ago I started cleaning everything... I've never had things so clean in my life. I'm re cleaning things today.... I just hit 20 weeks.

YES!!! It started this week. I feel like I want to clear out my entire apartment and start over. EVERYTHJNG MUST GO!

My husband is nesting the man way 😂 We haven't bought a single baby item but he bought a new dishwasher, stackable washer & dryer, we just had contractors in today to give us a quote on upgrading all our doors & minor repairs. Tomorrow morning HVAC is coming as he wants to replace our A/C. He also wants the ducts cleaned and on Monday, an electrician is coming to install pot lights and see about rewiring the laundry room. He also wants to have the downstairs repainted before the baby comes 😳
I did put my foot down at renovating the kitchen - I'm not finishing my pregnancy living in a construction zone, eating off a hot plate!
