Help, should i go to the ER?

I'm 38 weeks +5 days and I've been having what I think are contractions all day but haven't been very close together. And another thing I haven't felt my baby kick or move all day.

Call your doctor's emergency line or head to the hospital. Not feeling movement all day is concerning. I wouldn't wait.

Grab something sugary like orange juice or a soda sometimes sweets can help them move around. Drink it and lay down on your side if within 30 minutes you don't feel anything at all try to get seen at 38 weeks your baby has less room to move but you should atleast feel movement. 
Contractions now if you take a bath and they still don't go away, you feel them to the point it's a bit hard to move or talk that's a real contraction. They are usually consistent, stomach hardens and they don't go away. So if you want try a bath and see if they stop, but I recommend checking baby first and see if you get anything
