Swelling 19 weeks?

I'm about 19 weeks and have some swelling in my feet.. I'm having twin boys.. Should I be concerned? I feel like I shouldn't be swelling this early..

Compression socks and a belly band might help. :)

If it is just in your feet I wouldn't worry....I think my feet swelled that early, they say just keep an eye out for headache and vision problems as long as swelling isn't accompanied by these it is normal especially carrying twins....I havnt worn anything but flip flops for weeks!
