Moderation. While it's better to eat healthy things most of the time, don't buy into what others say that a baby's taste preference comes from what they're fed in the womb. One of my best friends ate super healthy throughout her pregnancy and her 3 year old only wants macaroni and cheese - specifically Kraft, which is terrible for you.

I've eaten all of that (in moderations) since I ever became pregnant and I'm now 38 weeks. Baby is perfectly healthy and fine. 😊 Just make sure you monitor how much, and don't make it an ALLLLL the time thing!! You'll be just fine.

Eat what you want and balance it out. No one can truly prove the causes of things, it just happens. I just ate two big macs probably been eating this way the whole pregnancy. Babies perfectly fine! But everyone's body is different.
