I got off work early today and was going to wait until after nap to pick up my little girl (only 15 months) from day care. However, something in me told me to check and see if she was awake. I get there in time to see the day care worker carrying my crying child by one arm (feet completely off the ground) back to her bed. I was furious! She had two open hands to carry her appropriately. This way of carrying a child seems unnecessary and aggressive to me. I reported her to the director. Am I overreacting? What do you all think?
