How does vitex work? Explain everything there is to know if possible and I will love you forever. My last period was July 22 and went to the doctor today and I'm not pregnant. PLEASE REPLY! I just want to delete this app because no one ever answers.

I've heard some very good stuff about vitex! And then I heard bad things as to it can disrupt your cycle. You might to ask your dr first.

I took vitex in July and got pregnant 2 weeks later. It helped me have more EWCM and ovulate a couple days sooner than I normally did. I continued it for the first few weeks while I weaned myself off by the 8th week
