Opinion on pokemon go?

This has absolutely nothing to do with anything but i'm curious.

I love it! Team Instinct. It keeps me motivated to walk my 5k everyday because of the egg hatching. I get super excited whenever I'm close to hatching an egg lol
I've lost almost 15lbs since it came out. We have a huge stretch of road in downtown that is full of pokestops and it's constantly lit up with lures. Plus they just updated to have the buddy system and every 1k you walk you get a candy for that Pokemon! I'm addicted. I can't wait for the new DS games to come out too. Team Moon. The new gen is so adorable!

I'm recovering from abdominal surgery, so I'm supposed to be doing a lot of walking while I heal. I was having trouble motivating myself so I started playing Pokémon Go again today, and I went from barely a mile a day to 3 miles. I love PG and Ingress, because they make it so easy to take long walks without being bored. Plus, I can play with my 8 year old. He caught me a huge Pinsir tonight!

It keeps me focused on my walks that I'm trying to increase. I used to do 2 or 3 miles at most. Now I do 3 miles at minimum and try to shoot for 5. If I keep with it, I wonder how I'll look and feel in a year 🤔
