help please?

I'm suppose to get my period in 2 days. I can tell because I never have acne unless I'm getting close to my menstrual also I have been cranky which is normal for me as well, but today I was doing a self breast exam and well I noticed that both nipples had discharge coming out. Not sticky or a weird color my breast felt normal and I had a child 5 years ago so I figured they would have dried up by now. I have my nipples pierced also which have been 2 years now and I have never had any issues with them there fine but not sure why I am having the discharge. I'm also having nausea, back pain which is probably from my period coming and I'm on a weight loss diet with phentermine and Topimax. I am aware of the side effects since I have been taking them for awhile and haven't had any issues. Thanks guys
