Have you had a successful pregnancy with high ANA levels?

I had a miscarriage in February and I miscarried again in June at 16.3 weeks. I had some labs done that showed high ANA levels 320 & 640. Other than that I'm pretty healthy no other concerns. I am trying to see if anyone else shares this same issue and what their doctor did.
