So we are now moving into our fourth <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> cycle. We are now looking for all the possible things to do to help with fertility. I've added the recommended foods to my diet, exercising more, going to do the socks and pineapple. Debating on the salt and oil baths. And we were going to do the prenatal massage but have seen in a lot of our research that acupuncture is suggested. It doesn't say how much or even when. We want to do either the massage or acupuncture but aren't sure which is best... I've just started my mentrual so within the next 10 or so days average I will go for my insemination.
