my sleeping is messed up.
Someone care to help me? My sleeping schedule is so messed up. I don't know how it got this way but my insomnia is horrible. I can't seem to fall asleep till like 3 am and then I end up waking up at like 130 pm in the afternoon. It's horrible I know...
I find myself so tired, yet not. I have SO many things on my mind, that could be it?
And I can never get comfortable!!
Please please please , any tips on how. I could sleep better and get on normal schedule like a "normal" person lol
