clomid questions PLEASE HELP

Hi ladies, I took clomid on days 2-6 50mg on Thursday 8th September. I have pcos and one blocked tube and have been ttc for 2 years. Could anyone tell me the best time to take a pregnancy test and if anyone has a similar story that would be great too!
