6 DPO...no symptoms

I know that implantation would not have even occurred yet but I see soooo many women say how they started having symptoms at like 3 DPO and went on to have a BFP. So I'm just curious about the people who DIDN'T start having symptoms until a later DPO but still went on to have a BFP.
