Answer

It depends on the symptoms that you have. I myself don't get a period ever so I can't get pregnant without intervention. Probably Clomid in the future. I did a lot of blood work and found that I need to be on Metformin to help with blood sugar from the PCOS. I was told there will be different options and that you start with more basic like a pill to IUI. I'm hoping I can get a period just from being on Metformin one day. My symptoms are no period and acne. Each person is different, my doctor said PCOS is more like a spectrum.
