Skipping Engagement?

Im going to school, its a 10 month course for MCA and my SO promised he would marry me after I graduate. We have been together 2 years, and are trying to have a family already. So its not a super crazy jump, right?!

If he promised to marry you, why didn't he just propose, even if it would be a short engagement? I'm just curious.

If you can't handle getting married while in school, what makes you think you can handle starting a family?

I personally wouldn't skip steps. If you're wanting to get married, then do that first. Personally I wanna look FINE in that wedding dress. Not pregnant or still trying to loose baby weight.

I skipped the engagement and I don't regret a thing! We eloped and we're planning a ceremony later
