Am I being a cow about SO's mother?

My SO's mum has the week of for when I have my baby cause she thinks she's doing good by bringing his kids to see us over the weekend I'm having my c section (his kids live 5 hours away and we see them once a month) that is a lovely idea but the last thing I want in hospital is a woman that smokes like a chimney and has no concept of boundrys and a 4 and 5 yr old that have no concept of rules or any thing. Then once she has taken them back home she wants to spend the week with me and the baby to bond and my SO has said this is fine without asking me at all. I'm just totally like why do she need to bond with our baby she ain't it's mother I am and he's got 3 weeks off to help me out so we don't need her around helping out. I shoud probably say at this point this is my 3rd baby so I know what I'm doing and he has already said he don't want my mum around so I have told her not to come round to much altho she will be here weekday afternoons just to drop my 7 and 8 yr old off from school well I recover from c section but she knows she's not to invite herself in not that she would cause she's not like that. But his sister had a baby 5 months ago and his mum was always inviting herself round and taking the baby and still dose it now and I don't want her doing that yet when I say this to him he don't seam to get it. Am I just being a cow?? Needed to vent a bit lol
