bad tears ;( vagina changes

After I gave birth I realized one side of my labia spilt in half by the clitoral hood. I'm extremely depressed about it. I noticed it 3 days after birth they neglected to stitch it and it healed in 2 separate pieces and I basically would have to get plastic surgery to fix it but it could rip again if I have more kids plus I'll get scar tissue. I've also noticed the inside of my vagina looks like a tongue piece of tissue - pic below- so depressing. I hate how it looks down there now and have cried about it so much.
