so confused with dates👀

Kayley • 24 years old, I have a little boy who’s 4 and I’m TTC my second baby!! 👶🏻
My son was born 25th of June, yesterday he was 12 weeks old. Would you say he is 3 months now or not until the 25th of September? I am so so confused😂
