We weren't going to, as it wasn't in the budget. However, our wedding photographer is also due the same day, and she reached out to us to do a free shoot. She wants to do a maternity section on her website of her friends. We are getting a mini shoot and will be featured on her website too as well as having all the photos! The best part, we will have had our engagement, wedding, and maternity shoot all at the same location. So thankful we kept in touch over the last year.

I can say yes because my niece is a professional photographer that travels all over the country and in 3 instances the world to photograph people's special occasions - if it wasn't for her then I'd say 'no' I was not having pro photos done because of how expensive they are and I'd rather spend that money on my daughter but since my niece is gifting me with her time and talent - why the hell not?!? lol

My SIL is a photographer. She has already scheduled one for us. Lucky for us, she is wanting to expand her maternity & baby stuff. So we will be getting lots of photos now & of baby girl.

Not really professional but my dad takes good pictures. So he'll probably take some for us. We couldn't afford to pay some one to actually take a professional shoot.

Absolutely! I'm doing 'bump to baby'. So maternity and newborn photos. I booked them a couple months ago, because baby is due around Christmas I wanted to book early. 😊
I'm paying $500 for both. Includes all photos edited on a disc. She's coming here for the maternity photos and we're going to her studio for the newborn pictures.

I'm a photographer by hobby so I'm hoping to attempt a shoot by having SO push buttons after I adjust settings. Not sure how to include him in the pics though 😂
