Spouse drinking while I'm prego

I'm prego so I can't drink. My spouse seems very upset that I have asked him to not drink every night. I'm asking for solidarity especially on those nights I'm really wanting to drink. I'm certainly not asking him to be sober for 9 months too. What does everyone think?
