Meds for sinus drainage/headache?

What is OTC and safe to take while pregnant for sinus drainage (post nasal drip w/ sore throat) and a sinus headache? Tylenol doesn't work for me at all. Thanks in advance! 😊

Peppermint essential oil, just a little on the bridge of your nose to help with congestion and on your temples or back of your head to help with the headache. Or you can put it on your feet with socks if you are really sensitive to peppermint.

My husband and I have been having the worst freaking sinus issues lately where you're so inflamed your teeth and face hurt kinda deal. One trick that i've always done to help decongest and open up airways (sometimes for good if not a great temporary relief) is to boil some water, pour it into a bowl, put a small scoop of vicks in, take a towel and put it over your head and breathe in the steam for a couple minutes. Tylenol cold and flu but it has to be the one that you sign for at the pharmacy desk. Or Sudafed, just the original kind that you have to also sign for behind the pharmacy desk.

I just asked my doctor about this at my last appointment. He said the best option is over the counter mucinex :)
