Is Slimfast safe??

Just to be clear, I am not trying to diet or use them as meal replacements, but I really love slimfast milkshakes and wondered if they're safe during pregnancy?? Anyone know?

Some protein shakes have warnings for pregnant or nursing moms. Id double check that but otherwise should be ok.

I don't know about slim fast but the ladies here who have already commented make some good points. If not slim fast maybe look into carnation instant breakfasts or ensure?

Its not advised in pregnancy due to it containing vit A in some of their products. You need to read the label and check its contents as vit A should strictly be avoided in pregnancy.

Technically it's just a protein shake and I know those are safe. But I would speak with your OB to be sure on slim fast specifically
