So I have a soon to be 2 year old and he started pulling my shirt up and putting both his hands on the side of my belly and saying baby/ kissing my stomach or just putting his head on my belly and rubbing my stomach! I just got two negatives last week though. Can babies or toddlers sense you're pregnant or about to be?

It's not impossible. Your toddler may have realized that babies come from mommy's belly. I always used to tell my mom she was pregnant, but she wasn't. Lol

I thought my daughter knew something I didn't and realized it was the Daniel tiger episode she had watched, mommy was pregnant the. The following episode was the family welcoming their babygirl. As my daughter kept telling me baby boy and rubbing my belly I felt hopeful. I feel like they are learning that babies come from bellies...unfortunately nothing more. Although animals do sense this. Our kids didn't know and start acting different until we told them, but our cat which was a complete daddy's girl and didn't have much to do with anybody else started laying on my stomach and was completely attached to me with our 2nd so when she started doing that before I found out about our 3rd we already knew. Animals are really sensitive to pregnancy I believe l.

I guess it's all up to what you believe. My and my so totally think one of our dogs new I was before me. She's always been and daddy's girl and all of a sudden wouldn't leave my side and would always lay over my belly
