Is this lining of uterus after miscarriage or more fetal tissue first period since miscarriage

I think it’s just lining. Because I had a miscarriage and I didn’t have this happen to me. (Doesn’t mean it can’t) but I did have this happen wayyyyyy after that just on a normal period. But if you’re scared you can always reach out to your ob!
