concern

Hey everyone I been trying to make a baby for the past months my time of the month came on August 9 of last month and this month it didn't came I took a test but it came back to be negative I took two of them now my time of the month still not here I use to have issue with my cycle been unregulated I'm concern because I won't to know can I go get a blood work done are just keep in my head I'm negative anyone with a answer for this
