advice needed

Cass
Hey ladies, I'm 33 years old and I've had two previous healthy, relatively easy pregnancies. We are currently trying for third. I just found out I'm having my second early miscarriage since July. Trying to decide if moving forward I stop tracking and paying attention to ovulation signs and just let things be. Or if I should start more actively tracking ovulation. If so where do I start? Do most people do the ovulation test strips? Or basal body temperature? Or both? We aren't wanting your kids spaced much further apart so I'd like to get pregnant soon, and I also hate that sex has become a chore, which is even harder when I already trying to care for two other kiddos.
Any advice, suggestions, or info is welcome :-). Thanks in advance!
