Braxton Hick's at 14 weeks??

This is my second pregnancy, and also an back to back pregnancy (oops! 😂). My son is currently 4 1/2 months old. The past couple of days I've been getting that similar tightening feeling that I got with my son son around 29 weeks. They ended up giving me something to stop the contractions & placed me on modified bed rest until I hit 34 weeks. Am I crazy or is that what I could be feeling now at 14 weeks along? Anyone have this & what could it be from?
