Didnt he basically cheat?

Maybe it's just my pregnancy hormones making me crazy or something but here's what happened.

My husband works at plant that manufactures certain machinary and it's mostly just guys that work there but there are a handful of women, one of which is a friend to me and my husband. She's been a close friend of mine for years and she's closer to me than my husband. Anyway so like two or three weeks ago there was a new girl who immediately got a reputation for being a floosy right off the bat. Which isn't uncommon but even my husband and friend agreed that she was earning the title by flirting with all the guys. At first it was just funny. Well within the week she had a "boyfriend" who worked there and he is sort of friends with my hubs. They work the same line/ate lunch together etc so they were all in the same group and he would give details about her. Usually my husband would just come home laughing about it and her. Well yesterday my girl friend who works there told me she wanted to tell me something that happened and she thinks I should know about it and this is where it gets crazy. Apparently the new chick came to work wearing a "toy" that was remote controlled and as a game, her "boyfriend" would randomly turn it on. And he showed it off to people, wasn't long before the whole line knew what they were doing. And according to my friend, he let some of the other guys "play" with it. Including my husband. Apparently they all took turns getting her off with the remote (from the opposite line), including my husband.

I immediately confronted him about it. He basically shrugged the whole thing off. He said he did mess with it but they were all doing it just to make fun of her. He doesn't get at all why I'm upset, he says he literally only "pushed a button and made fun of a slut" -he didn't touch her or even want to. He says he got nothing out of it whatsoever. He says he wasn't even sure it was working, thought it was a joke but my female friend says it was obviously working and they all got a "show." She says they were all laughing like he says but that it was "clearly" working..

To me, he basically cheated. He participated in it. He messed with the button knowing full well what it was doing. And even if he had no sexual interest and was only doing it to mess around with the guys, it's still messed up.

Am I overreacting? Am I wrong in thinking that it's cheating? I'm so angry/hurt and he didn't physically do anything but it doesn't matter!

What would you do? He's a great guy and hardworking and maybe this just got out of hand but I feel like my trust was betrayed. I know I'm hormonal but come on!!

This can't be okay??

Edit: The same friend who told me also reported the chick's behavior to their manager twice (there was a similar incident prior but it was on a different line), but she left out specifics in case it'd get some of the innocent guys in trouble too.

As far as my husband, I know he was goofing off and he was honest about it from the beginning, he prolly really doesn't see anything wrong with it (ugh, men...) I still feel betrayed though, he still took "his turn" at her. It's just disgusting, I don't know what to do with all the anger
