TTC .... long journey

So
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14yo and at 19yo one of my ovaries and fallopian tubes were removed due to the cysts growing in the tube. I started seeing a fertility dr 4 years ago to find out my options and i went through all the tests only to find out my remaining tube was blocked. After having another surgery to have the tube repaired i have been prescribed so many different types of bc's. My dr refuse to prescribe me any fertility drugs then stated he wanted me to lose weight so i went on a diet and started increasing activity and lose close to 40 pounds. Even after all of that still no prescription so i told him lets try ivf. Once i said that he was all for it which made me skeptical cause he has been giving me provera to make my period go on and off so i wondered why couldnt he prescribe me something to help me ovulate since we know thats one of the main issues. So i decided to see another dr and in the 3 visits i have seen new dr he has given me every test possible and has decided to try me on provera for 10 days to bring on my cycle and then wants me to start femara/letrozole on cd3 im soo nervous yet excited at the same time. This has been such a long and emotionally journey and im praying for a positive on my 1st cycle. Baby dust to all
