Popping noise/feeling in vagina?

I was laying down in bed & out of no where I felt & heard what sounded like a water balloon popping.. it was kinda weird & I had a pain in my vagina too. I got scared so I decided to get up & check. Not to be TMI but I had a lot of discharge (somewhat thick) come out & I felt like I had to pee.. so I tried peeing & barely anything came out. I'm worried it was my water breaking but I didn't get a big gush of water or anything.. I feel really weird down there. I'm a FTM so I don't know what this could be but I'm kind of worried.. anyone know what this could be? Thank you. I'm 35 weeks & 2 days.

Someone posted their labor story and they heard that noise too and it was her water. Give labor and delivery or your doctor a call

I had this TWICE during my last pregnancy. Sometimes when your water breaks (you def hear/feel a pop) baby's head is right there to stop it, acting like a plug. So little to no fluid will leak out. If you think it is your water you get to the hospital; they have a simple PH strip test to see if it is your water. Mine popped at first at 3pm, and nothing happened, so I ignored it. It popped again at 3am and my water gushed everywhere. Leaked through overnight pads in two minutes, no mistaking that!
