When did you/do you plan to start stage 1 meats? My son is 5 months old (4 months adjusted) and we just started him on solids this weekend. So far he's only tried squash and loves it! We plan on doing 4 more veggies for 4 days each, then cycling through 5 fruits. His gastroenterologist recommended rice cereal but we don't want to feed him that. She also said babies shouldn't start meats until about 8 months but I see stage 1 meats at the store. I would love to see how he like them but not sure if I should wait a few months.
