engorged breast!!! 😳😳😖😖
I forgot how badly this hurts!!! My little man already having a hard time getting a good latch and I don't think he's effectively eating and draining my breast. Anyone have any good tips to help me? I won't use a pump this early and hand expressing is hard because my nipples are already super sore and hurt really badly.
