pedialytee is good?!?!🤔

so im pregnant and just got my 2nd check up , my doctor wants me to buy some pedialyte to drink daily... I didnt ask what for but What is it basically for though??? im not sick? just been tired from my 1 trimester?? 🤔

If you're having a lot of morning sickness that's why they recommend it. Vomiting can make you dehydrated. Pedialyte is actually pretty good tasting, I always get the orange flavor or you can get unflavored. (I'm a mom) congrats on the baby!

It has electrolytes and such. Why for pregnancy I'm not sure. Unless you are having problems staying hydrated.
