contractions that don't hurt leading to labor?

Question

Ladies, I went to the Dr. Today and was checked. I was over 50 percent thinned and one cm dilated. Tonight I lost my mucus plug, and am having uncomfortable (but NOT painful)  contractions about ten minutes apart. Should I be concerned this is labor? I don't want to go in for nothing...seems quick to happen when I was only 1 cm dilated earlier.

Wait until they get to a point of "almost unbeatable" then go. When I went for my second child I was 3 1/2 cm dilated and was 36 w 6 d. They didn't wanna keep me because protocol said I had to be 4 cm or 37 weeks. The only reason they kept me and let me deliver was because they saw how strong my contractions were. I had them from 9 that morning until I went to hospital at around 4 that afternoon.

I'm the same way. I've only had a few that actually hurt. The rest are just uncomfortable but I'm dilating and making progress and lost my plug.

I went in with 2 of my babies with pressure I felt was timeable and i was 5 cent. One was my 2nd baby and the 2nd was my 4th baby
