Hi ladies, I would love some advice for those who have taken clomid.

My fertility specialist put me on primolut for 5 days to induce my period (as I have Pcos). On day five 22/8 I started taking 1/2 tablet a day of clomid for 5 days.

On day 12 -29/8 I had an ultrasound with specialist who said there was a nice ready mature egg there and told us what days to BD.

Day 20 I had a blood test to check progesterone.

I then went overseas and just returned.

Specialist said by day 28 I should expect my period and if I didn't have it I'd probably be pregnant.

Today is cycle day 34 and no sign of AF. I called the specialist for blood test results and the receptionist said it looks as if I didn't ovulate but the doctor will look at it and get back to me....

I'm so confused, if an egg was there, but I haven't had my period what happened to that egg?

Should I test for pregnancy since I'm about 6 days late according to instructions (even though I've never been regular)?
