Cramps???

Question

When are cramps considered bad? I am basically asking is a little bit of cramping normal? I am 19 weeks and 5 days and I having a little bit of cramping with gas and I don't want to over worry myself since I am a first time mom.

Cramping is expected during pregnancy. Could be gas, dehydrated, or just because you're over working yourself. As long as they go away and don't get really painful then you're fine

I've had cramps my entire pregnancy and I'm fine. It's probably just your uterus expanding.
