working out and weight gain
Anyone here have good workouts for entire pregnancy? I'm really obsessed about my weight and have been which is why I put off havin another baby for 8 years. I don't want to gain a lot and would love if after baby I'm back to pre-pregnancy or lower. I do cardio workouts regularly, just need advice on what I can do for toning and such, would still like to slim my thighs down and strengthen my core if possible still.
