First ultrasound

Well had my first ultrasound yesterday 9-19-16 and there was a sac but no baby! Praying abs believing that the baby will develop, and we'll be able to see the baby next ultrasound. A discourage today, with PCOS it's so hard to know when you ovulate so I'm not sure when I could've conceived even though I went with a cycle a month before I got a positive test.
