I have friends that are irregular and now have a couple kids. The struggle is knowing when u ovulate as sometimes between periods u might not have at all or u might have but its hard to work out when. If u have a  regular cycle say 30 days then ud generally expect to ovulate day 16. But if u have a 42 day then it gets tricky. Google Maca it helps hormonal function :)
