Why is coffee bad for TTC and IVF?? I mean I've stopped drinking it. Switched to decaf green tea. And drink decaf coffee every now and then

It narrows the blood vessels temporarily. That is why it is used in migraine treatment. Aspirin/ Salicylic acid does the opposite. Which is good when you are ttc but not that great once you have conceived. 1 caffeinated drink a day is ok.

Green tea impairs the absorption of folic acid - coffee is probably a safer choice! Large amounts of coffee increase the chance of miscarriage slightly.

They say it's safe to consume 200-300mg while trying to conceive.

I guess the caffeine. It's what's best for pregnancy.
