poison ivy in vagina?????

My boyfriend does lawn care for work/side work every summer & for some reason he gets poison ivy at the same place every year.... I'm so mad. Why would you ever do that lawn again, after giving it to me last year when I was pregnant and also giving it to me this year with is possibly being in my vagina. Thanks f******* d***!  Also does anyone know what to do about this??? It hurts! The doc last year said its only air born! My a** ! He took a steaming shower and put cream on it specifically from the doctor and had sex with me and still gave it to me in the vagina!
