what month?

So I am 22 weeks today. I see two different sources on the Internet: one saying I'm now 6 months and one saying I'm still 5. I've been telling people I'll be in my 6th month. 
What do y'all go by? Just curious.

I go by the date of my LMP and my due date to figure out the months. 
So for me - my LMP was April 20 and my due date is Jan 25-26.  So for the week of the 20th every month is when I say I'm 'x' months.
So this week I'm telling people I am 5 months since it has been 5 months since my last period and by the end of the week I will 4 months away from my due date (PS I am 22 weeks this week)
The rest of the time I go by the weeks.

If I have to go by months I use the calculation below.  My OB told me the months calculators will be off as months vary in length.
