Nipple stimulation???

Has anyone done nipple stimulation and went in to labor?

I let hubby have a try a few days ago but still nothing over here ☹️
I want to try some other tricks but I'm becoming more and more convinced that baby just comes when ready

It literally would take hours of stimulation. Doing a little here and there does nothing. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not going to sit here and run on my nipples all day.

My doctor said it would take an hour plus just to START anything.

My lactation class told a couple girls that were 39 weeks after 37 they can try using their pumps to get contractions going. I wouldn't try until after 37 weeks though, they don't even consider 37 weeks full term anymore. . .

I read somewhere that it take 3x a day, at 45 minutes a time to get enough stimulation to work. It sounds like a lot to get it to work, if it even does work in the end.

If you have a pump I have read do ten min on low on one side then wait 15 then switch:)
