I got my period last night and I'm always heavy for at least 4 days straight sometimes longer. I put on a clean pad around 5:30 am and the pad has one little spot in it at 2pm. When I wipe there's a lot of brown blood and a little red blood. I was throwing up this morning and been nauseous half the day. My period has never started with brown blood and very light. Is this normal for periods?
